Position Details
Collective Care Services is looking to grow a dynamic nursing team. We have part-time or full-time! You choose! AM, PM, PRN, or Contract.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Standard shift: Day shift, Evening shift, Overnight shift
Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed

Job Summary
- Provide appropriate nursing care based on the care plan within the nurse’s scope.
- Monitor, recognize, and report concerns or changes in residents’ condition.
- Act as a liaison between the resident, family, and healthcare providers.
- Comply with established policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
- Ability to supervise nursing assistants and act as charge nurse.
- Complete, accurate, and compliant documentation for nursing care provided.
- Respond to residents’ physical and emotional needs, act as a professional nurse, model appropriate work ethic and behaviors, and follow up with others to do the same.
Qualifications
- BLS CPR Certified (preferred)
- Be able to pass a DHS background check
- Must be pleasant, respectful, and courteous to patients, staff, and families
- Ability to work every other weekend
Satisfactorily completes yearly department-specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours of continuing education is required annually. Maintains all department-specific required certifications.
When applicable, completes state-required training.
Depending on the individual and required responsibilities, this role may be classified as a Driver requiring a motor vehicle report and proof of a valid driver’s license. Also, must be medically qualified to perform the essential driving functions of this position as per our Driving Policy, at the leader’s request.
