Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will be responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care and services to Patients consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
• Current CPR certification (optional).
• Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
• Demonstrates compatibility with CCS mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrate ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Overnight shift

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
